When another dealer would not help us on a morning when our engine light came on, we drove about 20 miles to Shawnee Mission Ford which is our regular dealership. The service rep Anthony took care of us im our engine light came on, we drove about 20 miles to Shawnee Mission Ford which is our regular dealership. The service rep Anthony took care of us immediately, gave us a shuttle home, called within an hour with a diagnosis and an estimate. By 3 hours later we were called, the car was delivered and we were on our way to our first vacation in 5 years. We are so thankful for Shawnee Mission Ford! More
