We were in the market for a new car and went to Shaker's Kia based on their guarantee to get you a loan. We were greeted by Rudy Hermstadt, who showed us the new models and we decided on the Fort Shaker's Kia based on their guarantee to get you a loan. He walked us through the loan process and we were contacted later that same day by Mark Smith, the finance manager who finalized everything for us. We went in a few days later to pick the car up and both Mark and Rudy were extremely helpful. Rudy walked us through all the fine points of the car as well as the Kia warranty, which is very impressive, He also showed us the service facility an introduced us to Tom the service manager. We are very happy with our new car and would recommend Shaker's to anyone looking for a new car. More
