From the very first call I made to Shaker's I was impressed. Ron A answered, and told me that despite any credit situation, they could surely get me into the vehicle I had seen online. I made the almost two hour drive down to the dealership and was immediately greeted by Mark M. with a smile and the carfax for my car of choice, a 2010 Kia Forte. After a test drive I was sold. Getting me approved was a different story. Mark S. did a fabulous job working with getting me a payment I was happy with. Picking up the car was an easy, hassle free process, Mark M. even helped me sync my phone to my Bluetooth before my long ride back. Kudos to the guys I worked with, Shaker's was worth the drive, and I will definitely be back next time I am looking for a vehicle! More

Rudy is amazing!!!!! I came the Shakers Kia with the intention of just looking at a car I had seen on the internet. As I walked aound, Rudy came out to answer any questions I had. Well, he was great! He not only knew about the particulars of each model, he knew the features of each individual car that I was interested in. So to make a long story short, I came in to "just look" at a car, and ended up driving home a nicer car that I had originally looked at. For an even cheaper payment than I had expected!!! In mid-December, my wife had a minor accident with her twelve-year-old Honda CRV when she hit a small patch of ice. This minor accident caused thousands of dollars of damage. Unwilling to put in that much work into a vehicle of that age, we decided to look for a previously owned vehicle. Being that this was not a planned purchase, we had no money to put down and only the damaged vehicle as a trade-in. Shaker’s Kia was our first (and surprisingly only) stop. We were greeted right away by Rudy Hermstadt. He was very friendly. We explained our situation including the fact that we had no money to put down and only the CRV as the trade-in. We also told him that we wanted to keep our payments under $225 and being that we live in New England and snow is an issue, we wanted an SUV. In minutes, he was able to locate a 2007 Ford Escape at Shaker’s Ford dealership right down the road that fit our price. We all drove down and they took it for a test drive. My wife loved it!! We brought it back to the Kia dealership and worked on the finance paperwork. What I thought was going to be an all day event of driving from dealership to dealership actually only took us a couple hours. In addition, my wife found a couple small rust spots on the hood and Rudy ordered the touch-up paint and had it fixed for free. I would highly recommend Rudy and Shaker’s Kia…..and have to several people since my visit a couple weeks back. More
