No pushy salesmen. I have in the past 2 weeks been to 8 different dealerships looking for a car. Nearly all of them turned me off immediately by salesman literally follo I have in the past 2 weeks been to 8 different dealerships looking for a car. Nearly all of them turned me off immediately by salesman literally following me around the lot, or accosting me before I could even get out of my vehicle, some reeking of aftershave enough to give me a headache!! When I said I was "just looking" they still hounded me about coming inside to talk numbers etc. when I had not even decided which vehicle I liked. Then, I stopped at Shaker Kia. I spent at least 15 leisurely minutes strolling the lot to look at the selection before Michelle Croft came out to speak with me and we hit it off immediately. She LISTENED to what I wanted, helped me decide what was affordable for me, gave me several options, and took me on a test drive. Two days later, I came back to discuss a different model and was assisted by Alex, who extolled me the virtues of the Kia Forte 5 and let me take yet another test drive, overnight. Both Michelle and Alex have excellent customer service skills, they are friendly and down to earth and never made me feel like I was being pushed into making a choice. THEY are one of the the reasons I chose the Kia..I feel like I made friends with everyone in the dealership and am actually looking forward to going back for service to see everyone! I can't say enough good things about the dealership or the staff. THANKS SHAKER KIA!! I love my Forte 5. More

I love the car , it's everything and then some that I wanted in a car. Michelle had went into a few bumps a couple of time with my insurance and the simple fact that I wasn't able to put down money . She was able to get me a very low interest rate and I'm only nineteen years old ! I honestly had completely no hope when I was in the process of getting my car , but Michelle made me feel comfterble and she really made me really understand everything and layed everything on the table. Great service and a great car! I didn't need a new car yet, but when we saw the car of our dreams sitting in the lot, it was a little hard to ignore. We test drove many other cars that day from different dealers, and nothing performed like this two year old Kia Sorento! Nothing was as quiet, nothing handled as well, and no one had a better warranty! When my mechanic told me he would be retiring and I should get a great car with the best warranty, he suggested a Kia! Rudy Hermstadt was a great salesman, and even took the time to personally show me all the bells and whistles! No pressure, just a great experience all around!! My good friends bought their new car from Rudy as well, and they had only great things to say about him AND their new car! The snow will no longer keep me from getting where I need to go, and there's only one word to describe the cooling system housed in the drivers seat... Priceless!! I'm a happy girl!! More

He was very patient and helpful as we looked at vehicles and poured over brochures. He was very knowledgeable about the car, packages, etc. Our purchase happened over a few days because of our schedule, and he was always accommodating and relaxed, efficient and organized. He and everyone else we had contact with made it a very positive experience. This is a good dealership, and we're happy to have found them! More
