Great Care Buying Experience I started at one dealer through the Costco program which provided me limited car information and did not reveal the Costco incentives to me. I then discovered Shaker’s as they had a car in inventory I wanted to test drive. Alex Graziano my sales rep did an AMAZING job on showing me the different options and features on the Sorrento his knowledge of the brand and vehicle far surpassed my original experience. Shaker’s provided me an amazing deal from the start which I appreciated when I went to a more local dealer (5 min vs 40 min) who we basically told we would buy from them for convenience if they could match or beat Shaker’s pricing, which they only did match it after 1 hour and half when we got into a car to leave. It was refreshing to at Shaker to be given the deal upfront and not have my time wasted! Hence we drove the 40 min to buy the car from Shaker’s! If you are in the market for a KIA I highly suggest you just start here, great deal with pressure or haggling and great service to get me the car I wanted and not just what they had.
