Amazing Experience So, I had a day off. I was only going to look at options for a new car I knew I would be looking to lease before the first snow of the season. I tol So, I had a day off. I was only going to look at options for a new car I knew I would be looking to lease before the first snow of the season. I told Kathy Reed right up front I was only looking. She was ok with it and more than happy to show and take me on not only one but two different test drives. She was patient and went over all the car details, features and cool "tech" items both cars had. I really went knowing I wanted a Lincoln MXZ but wasn't ready to pull the trigger. After driving both the MKZ and the MKC I fell in LOVE with the MKC. The Hazelnut and Black interior, the ride - which was smooth and comfortable - sold me on the MKC car. But the heated seats and steering wheel sent me over the top. I had to have it. Kathy made it happen. She never pushed me toward the sale but when I was done with the test drive I told her - I have to have it. This was the most awesome experience and I look forward to driving my new car. Both gentlemen were a pleasure to deal with as they asked me questions which really made me stop and think about the kind of vehicle that would best suit all of my needs both now and into the future. Once they understood and clarified what I was looking for in a vehicle, I test drove only those vehicles that met my criteria and expectations. They made buying a car from them easy and hassle free as I was financed , insured, registered and on my way in what seemed like no time at all. I swear these two guys are some of the finest professional salesmen I ever met in my life. I also enjoyed working with Manny Pinho in their finance department who explained how I could get the best financing arrangement possible.
