My conversations with Bill were easy, he made good, solid and reasonable recommendations based on what I needed and wanted. Any questions I had regarding the vehicle was answered. If Bill didn't know the answer or thought someone else might be able to provide a more thorough point of view, he would ask them to sit down and talk with me. 2010 Chevrolet Equinox I go to school in Mass but am a resident of CT. I had a Trade In that I wanted a Fair Trade In value. After going back and forth a few times, Blair meet my demands for Fair price for my Trade In. I live in Watertown, CT and wanted to support the local dealerships in town. I went to the Subaru dealership next door to Shakers the prior Saturday and they would not work with me for a Fair Trade In price for my car. They insulted me and told me to go sell the car on my own. I was insulted since I purchased a car at Subaru the prior year for my daughter. A Great Way to Treat a Valued Customer...... It appears that they did not want to sell any cars that day... Blair worked with me and the deal was done rather quickly.
