Having dealt with Jim in the past made my going into the process of buying a vehicle less stressful. How did I remember Jim from 8 years ago? He made my first purchase of a used Dodge truck back that long ago so easy he was hard to forget. Not to mention the picture he had made for us of my son in a Ford GT40 and a Christmas card every year since a memorable purchase back in 2007! Fast forward to 2015 and noting has changed!
