James took my son and walked him around while I filled out paperwork and Cindy Bugbee gave him a toy truck, let him run around her office, and held him while I transferred insurance. Shaker's Family Ford really went above and beyond any dealership I have ever dealt with. James made the whole process painless and quick. After the paperwork was finished, I walked out to my brand new car with my car seat base already transferred and ready to go.
