Great Experience Sal was great to work with in purchasing our 09 F-150 truck. He was able to understand what we were looking for in the truck I had seen on the lot fo Sal was great to work with in purchasing our 09 F-150 truck. He was able to understand what we were looking for in the truck I had seen on the lot for my family and I. He also understood where my limits were for monthly payment and worked to get that with in reason for us. When we had not gotten to a payment I wanted, he approached the issues from other angles and provided other potential options in leasing a vehicle and was very accepting in my decline of that offer being not for us. I felt no pressure in this purchase and was always taken care of. Even after we had finalized the deal, signed all the paperwork, he worked to address minor items we noticed afterwards that needed fixing. Manny was great to work with on filling out the paperwork, and explaining the various options we had. When I had questions, he was very willing to answer them in full and even go through the agreements "legalese" wording to make sure I felt comfortable with my knowing what was signed. He also took the time to understand what my goals were for monthly payment and took time to find the correct financing with adding in the extended warranty and not increasing what Sal and agreed to. Both guys were very personable and easy to talk making it a very comfortable process. More

Jim Reed was incredibly helpful in introducing us to the Ford Edge and all of the cars features. His familiarity with this model car was impressive! My husband and I could not imagine a more knowledgeable sales person. Manny Pinho was informative and very thorough working with us on the financing.
