We saw a listing on the internet by SHAKER FAMILY FORD, and telephoned our inquiry. A very professional man (James Schiavo) answered our call, and gave us all the information we asked for about the vehicle. At that time, we made an appointment to see the vehicle at the dealership. When we arrived we met Mr. Schiavo and another gentleman (Kay Berkurti). These guys were great! They made us feel welcomed, treated us with respect, and not only showed us the vehicle, but answered all questions we had truthfully! It took us a few days to decide to buy. When we returned to SHAKER FAMILY FORD, not only did they remember us, but in a fashion as if we were long time friends.
