I was particularly impressed with Taylor Carter, and Taylor Touchy. They both went the extra mile towards building a customer relationship - working with me on price, quickly responding to my many questions and showing genuine interest in meeting my car buying needs. This was all accomplished in a friendly and professional manner. I also had a great trade-in experience with Kellie Tomlinson: she gave me a fair value for my vehicle and also did not apply any pressure tactics or games...how refreshing. I did meet with a member of the service staff whom I found knowledgeable and gave me the impression of being honest. In fact, due to this impression and my experience with this staff, I have decided to bring both of my Chevy's to this dealership for service. My other Chevy I purchased new a couple of years ago from another dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase, sell or service a vehicle.
