The service department at Serra has given me 3 horrible customer service experiences that were completely unnecessary. It’s too much to detail here, but my goodness!! The service manager is willing to lose a customer over pennies and when he doesn’t win the battle he behaves like a child. As a customer who bought a $46k vehicle, I should be treated much better. The only thing that made my experience end positively was a service advisor by the name of Marvin G.
