I have been extremely pleased with the service at Seeger Toyota. I purposely bring my Highlander to the dealer because it is now 8 years old and has NEVER given me any problems. The service staff are pleasant, accommodating and make every attempt to insure that I am satisfied, including offering recommendations for maintenance on my car to keep it in the best possible operating condition. I appreciate this, and even though Spirit Toyota is 3 minutes from my house, I prefer to take my car to the Seeger location for these reasons, and the fact that I purchased the car from Seeger as well. I felt that I received excellent service and customer care when I bought my Highlander in 2003, and I choose to remain loyal to this location. More

It was raining HARD, Tim met me at my car and escorted me in. I was shocked that he ask me to sit down at his desk and he would also get me logged in, shocked because I did not expect someone from a desk to in. I was shocked that he ask me to sit down at his desk and he would also get me logged in, shocked because I did not expect someone from a desk to see me outside waiting and come and get me from the rain. He was dressed nice and his shirt was soaked. Tim then chatted with me and answered several "dumb" question, it is a new car but I did not purchase my car from Seeger. He assured me they were not "dumb", and new cars can be sometime challenging to get used to with all the new toys and gadgets. Thankfully, I did not need any service, Tim was able to resolve/explain my concern and I was on my way. Excellent job Tim! It was a pleasure to meet you, your service and friendliness are unmatched. We now own 4 Toyotas. We shop around on-line and at all the area dealerships. We have purchased three of the four at Seeger Toyota in Creve Coeur, We just purchased the 4rth Toyota from Harris Giger in the area dealerships. We have purchased three of the four at Seeger Toyota in Creve Coeur, We just purchased the 4rth Toyota from Harris Giger in Sales, he was honest, pleasant, non-pressuring and a joy to work with. Tim Douglas is the Fleet Manager and worked with me to meet on the price I wanted. He insured I was happy with the price we paid for the car. I wanted to pick up the car the same day and he made that happen, as well. They both did a great job and we will certainly come back to buy our next two cars which we will be buying for our teenagers when they graduate from college. We also have our cars serviced at Seeger. Tim Connely who is in service, is very friendly, candid and honest We have price shopped for service and more often than not, Seeger has the better price than other car shops around. They have told me before when other shops have said one of the cars needed some repair, perhaps because it hit a certain mileage, that that service was not necessary. That saved me $1200 the last time I asked! I would recommend Seeger enthusiastically! More

Went in for oil change/tire rotation, new wipers, etc. Car was done and washed in less than 30 minutes. Got a detailed Voice Message regarding the condition of the car. Customer service is very good. I was attended to quickly and courteously by all the employees. The work I needed was done quickly and there is a very nice waiting area.
