We told him what we wanted and he was able to set us up with one of his best sales reps. Sal is very good at what he does. He showed is the 08 Yaris which we love. When my husband and I went on our honeymoon back in June it was great to get 37.5 miles to the galon and only had to stop once for gass. I'm glad Andy was able to put us with someone we could trust. I know everyone there has great morals and wonderful customer service skills. From what i've seen Andy wouldn't accept anything less. Great Job Lauren Cook More
I have done business with Seeger Toyota for well over two years now. I must tell you that the service there has been first class every step of the way. The staff is attentive and personable, which makes doin years now. I must tell you that the service there has been first class every step of the way. The staff is attentive and personable, which makes doing business with them extremely pleasureable! I feel it very important to pass on to all readers my feelings and dealings with Seeger. Often, dealers are not credited with praise for their hard work and attention to detail, so I feel it VERY important to share this with anyone looking to buy or service their Toyota. With their recent expansion in service and parts department and state of the art waiting room, they have it all. I STRONGLY suggest you visit their store!! Peter More
Women you will be invisible at service counter if you are polite and wait your turn! I wasn't invisible when I bought my vehicle here but have been invisible for nearly all my service appts, being ignored by polite and wait your turn! I wasn't invisible when I bought my vehicle here but have been invisible for nearly all my service appts, being ignored by the men behind the computers while other male customers arriving later get waited on first. Mailed coupons from Seeger always come just after my needed service and they are not about to give you credit for the on-line coupon unless you have it printed off and can hand it to them. My experience has been that ther dealers will give customer a break once in a while. Very rude and inattentive service from the cashiers (male and female), much too busy to even make eye contact when they throw the keys on the counter and demand the money. I have moved on to other dealer for service and am hoping for humane treatment. My buying experience was good in 2006 so recommended Seeger to my niece. Unfortunately she had similar experience with used car purchase. Very unprofessional experince with loan dept. Women Beware!! More
I contacted them via the Internet and they went out of their way to help me. They found what I wanted, they gave me a good price and they helped me get rid of my old junky car. This dealership is their way to help me. They found what I wanted, they gave me a good price and they helped me get rid of my old junky car. This dealership is smaller than some of the other dealerships I visited but the price and treatment I was given was much better. Try these guys is you want a more personal experience More
Took a test drive of a new Prius at this dealer, and got the "hungry salesperson" treatment (complete with followup nagging phone calls). Fortunately, I've learned to only buy new cars via e-mail (and phone the "hungry salesperson" treatment (complete with followup nagging phone calls). Fortunately, I've learned to only buy new cars via e-mail (and phone calls that I initiate), so I was impervious to the sales push. Having said that, the e-mail price quotes you get from these guys are a joke. Not the worst in St. Louis, but about $800 more than what others will get you without any prodding (and Seeger's quotes will take a lot of prodding to get down to that inflated price). The internet sales guy, while helpful, always includes a "can I have your business?" line in his messages. Don't go for it - you can get a better deal elsewhere, I promise. All in all, this dealership has a really slimy, sleazy feel to it. More
