The overall quality of work seems great, and the service reps don't try to sell you on other services. The service reps are always friendly and easy to deal with. A lot of dealerships have waiting rooms when you come in for service which seem more like an afterthought than an effort to keep customers comfortable. Their recently re-modeled waiting area demonstrates their concern for the customer. From the large comfortable seating area with multiple tvs and complimentary beverages/snacks to the glass enclosed play area for kids, the waiting room say's, We know you'd rather be anywhere else than a waiting room so if you have to be here, we're going to make you as comfortable as possible. You can tell a lot about a dealership by their waiting room. From the service techs to the sales staff, Seeger Toyota is a Class A organization. Prices are competitive and they really do take care of you. I've bought five new vehicles from them over the years and they've always put the customer first. When our family is ready for a new car again, I fully expect to make deal number six. More

My experience has only been with the Service Department, and I have found every person to be polite, helpful, efficient and friendly. On my most recent visit,I had a simple matter of a lower body side pane and I have found every person to be polite, helpful, efficient and friendly. I can't say enough about Tim and all the other employees. I always thought the dealer's were more expensive but not anymore. I live right down the street from another Toyota dealer on Manchester past Highway I always thought the dealer's were more expensive but not anymore. I live right down the street from another Toyota dealer on Manchester past Highway 141, but I will drive all the way to Olive Street Road to Seeger just because of the way the Service Department treat's me and takes car of my 1995 Camry.
