They are great about doing an overall check of my car which is nice since I don't like to open the hood. They check tire pressure, wear, tread, belts, etc and always let me know what sort of work I need which is nice since I don't like to open the hood. Tom Hayes was very patient with me and I felt no pressure when I was looking for a used car and he was the salesperson I delt with. I received a recall notice from Toyota and called Seeger since they are in my neighborhood and is the dealership way back in 1990 where I bought my first Toyota. When I called the dealership I was able to make a convenient appointment. When I arrived this morning, Tim, was both knowledgeable and friendly. I really like the new transparent atmosphere of the service department, nothing is hidden or behind doors. It creates an atmosphere that equalizes the clients. I waited upstairs in the amazing waiting room and the car was serviced 30 minutes ahead of schedule. I love my Toyota cars and have actually only bought one new Toyota, the rest were purchased second hand. So far the first Camry was totaled by one of my children, two Camry s where driven to approximately 250,000 and I currently own two Toyota s. Even with all the recent history of problems with acceleration, and having to replace a relay in a Highlander as well as the catalytic convertor, I still plan buying Toyota s. Thanks More
