I had to bring in the used car I had purchased to replace a door handle that was broken off at the dealership. They ordered the part and let me know as soon as it was in. I was told the procedure could take up to an hour and a half and was prepared to be hunkered down for quite a while. Instead, they had the handle installed in less than half an hour and my car had a bonus wash. I really appreciated not having to wait so long. Also, the complimentary snacks were wonderful. I was told "This is not a grocery store" by one of the employees who seemed to think she could tell people what snacks to get, but that was the only negative part of the experience. More

I trust the people at Seeger. We bought the van there and I get most my service done there. I like that I can drop in and get an oil change. With my schedule, I never know when I will have time. I love the new waiting room with snacks and space to spread out. The people check back with you and describe the problems and get the okays to fix. We have owned our van 9 years and are still very pleased with it and with Seeger Toyota. I have recommended them to other people. We bought our van because the dealership accepted dealing with USAA to negotiate the price. I don't believe they do now. Our daughter bought hers at Pappas Toyota, St. Charles, because of this. But I would never deal with that company. (bad experience) Even with USAA More

In just two months, we have driven our new Sienna over 5000 miles. It was time for an oil change. I called Tim this morning and he did not make me schedule for a time later, instead he told me to come in 5000 miles. It was time for an oil change. The whole time it was being worked on, I was sitting in their A/C guest area with complimentary coffee, sodas, snacks, free wifi, and comfortable seating. Tim also had the Sienna washed and cleaned. The service was wonderful. And because of the complimentary Toyota Care, the oil change was free! Could not ask more for service from Tim and from Seeger Toyota Scion. More

The staff at Seeger was awesome. Bill listened to us and led us to the car we wanted. He did not try to sell us something we did not want, which is something we experienced at many other dealers. And Bill and Seeger Toyota Scion went beyond what was expected of them. Bill noticed a ding in the bumper of the car. He and Seeger provided a loaner car to me (which was a brand new Prius) and had the bumper replaced with a brand new one. They went beyond merely doing a touch up, but went the extra mile to pay for a full new bumper for us. The car was clean and the experience for my wife and I was wonderful. We will be buying our next car from Bill and Seeger Toyota Scion in Creve Coeur. More
