From the moment I dropped my car off for service until I drove away, my experience was very pleasurable. I was met quickly by a service manager. When the service was completed on my 2010 ScionXD, a young lady came upstairs to let me know. All in all my trip was great. More
The following comments address why my ratings were positive. As an out of town customer I arrived early and ws the first in line at 07:30 july 15, 2011. This was my first (our families second) experience with Seeger Toyota. Tim was the first Service Advisor seated as customers eneterd and greeted me immeditely. After outlining my issues (including I ws from out of state) Tim quickly, effeciently and compassionately addressed my concerns. I was prepared to hear that due to a Service backlog etc my needs couldn't be addressed quickly. Instead - Tim understood my circumstances and took the initiate to immediately engage a Service Technician on the long lead parts item. In addition the aprox timeline for the service was provided. Following the drop off of the car I received a follow up call after Servie tried unnsuccessfully to reach me. They could have given up but were persistend and reqched me on a second attempt. They needed to know if I wanted to pay a sp4ecific price for the replacement part. I agreed and again within the time range which they advised the service was completed. At the inital engagement Tim took time to advise me of the customer waiting area (which is the best equipped and effective I've ever been in). My experience exceeded my expecations. This is wonderful. It is unfortunate that my expectations had been set so low due to previous experiences at other dealerships. Also - in the case of Seeger another family member who has just relocated to Maryland Heights has a bad experience with Seeger so I was prepared for the worst. This family member tried to get a simple oil change several months ago. They called the Servie Dept. and were told it would be 2 weeks before they could have the oil changed. That family member would not return to Seeger for any reason after that experience. I am hopeful that my experience on July 15 was more indicative of Seeger's normal customer service philosphy. Tim Connelly is to be commended for his patience and the manner in which he initited my service requirements. I have no idea how many others were involved but clearly it took a team of engaged caring employees to effectively meet my requirements. They did. I only engaged with Tim but please pass along my personal appreciation to each of the employees who participated in any way (including paying the bill). Respectfully Dana A. Beyeler More
Service department is very friendly, easy to work with and competent. We have had an ongoing relation with them and have never been disappointed. My experience was a good one with the Service department, except for the waiting time - an approximate 2 hour wait for the installation of a new gas cap. The month of July we brought 3 of our 4 toyotas in for service and repairs. Tim Connelly helped us know exactly what needed to be done with each vehicle. This was my first time working with SEEGER Toyota, and I couldn't have been happier. Everyone was very friendly, and actally seemed concerned about why my car was there. I had been a long time customer of PAPPAS TOYOTA, but because of their dishonesty and rudeness, I left a very unhappy Toyota owner. SEEGER has restored my faith in the company, and in honest service. From the receptionist, to the service reps, the valet driver, to the service manager ... I felt like a long time customer, returning for a visit. What a stark change and contrast to what I was used to at Pappas. Night and day difference. At SEEGER, your car is actually delivered to you when you go in to pick it up. No more wandering around an asphalt parking lot, looking for your vehicle in all kinds of weather. Thanks SEEGER ... you have restored my faith in honesty and customer service that actually cares. I've urged my other Toyota driver friends who I'd referred to Pappas to make the switch! They won't be sorry they did. I know I'm not! More
