It was a pleasure coming to Seeger Toyota today to have our Highlander worked on. I had a problem with the trunk and Tim took care of it (like always). And when Tim is not around Will is always helpful too. I have been to several other St. Louis Toyota Dealerships and Seeger is the best one to come to for quality work and good customer service. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The overall experience was great. We were asked numerous times if we had any questions. We weren't rushed in making our decision. Having an indoor area to go over all the bells and whistles on the car would have been better. We also received a followup call on Monday to see if we had any problems or questions. Ever since we bought our Camry from Seeger Toyota we have had great service. Tim always provides necessary explanations for anything above and beyond the intended service. When I walk into the service center, I am always greeted with a smile. Everyone goes out of their way, I am even greeted by the lady (sorry I don't remember her name) who makes sure the waiting area is well kept. But honestly, if it were not for Tim always going out of his way to make sure we are satisfied and that service is done correctly, I would probably go some place closer to home. I've never had a salesman take so much time after the sale was finalized. I look forward to having maintenance done there - the check-in and waiting areas are the nicest I've ever seen. It's a breeze to set up appointments on the web site and you can also access all your car's records there. There also was none of the pressure to have maintenance done on a schedule more frequent than is in the user manual. Every other dealer I've ever encountered told me they recommended a more frequent schedule than is in the manual. All the staff were friendly and helpful and I didn't get the feeling they were waiting to pounce on me, as is so often the case in salesrooms. More

I was looking for a 2011 4 Runner w/o the third seat and Harris found one for me. I did not like the way the third seat folded down and left gaps for my dogs to fall into while riding in the back. With some looking around he found one with the sliding tray and the color I was looking for. When it came in, Harris spent time helping me understand all the NEW gadgets that my 2004 did not have. Then I went to service and talked with Tim Connelly and we set up a time to add pin stripes to the outside. The car was done in less than a couple hours and looks great. Tim also helped me get some repair work done on the 2004 which turned out awesome and was completed in a couple of days. The car looks as good as new! . Thank you Harris and Tim for making my car purchase a great experience. I am happy with my new 4 runner and would recommend Seeger to anyone looking for a new car! More
