Negotiated the OTD price via text which was great as it reduced my time physically being at the dealer. Matt T was very responsive, answered all my questions. However, after purchasing my Jeep, asked a follow up question.. to my surprise, no response. Part of my wishes I walked out after they added $1500 for NOT using their finance option, in the moment the adrenaline and excitement of getting a new car, didn’t care. Once that died down.. instant regret. My partner loved my Jeep so much he wanted one, started talking to Matt about vehicle options and what my partner wanted, it didn’t work out vehicle/price wise (didn’t have the color he wanted). Went up to Marysville to purchase my partners Jeep (they did a better job at explaining EVERYTHING), car buying and dealer experience was completely different between both dealers. More

I took my 300 in for a problem with the car not communicating with either key fob. It turned out to be an expensive fix. They also found a problem with my transmission, also very expensive. I have communicating with either key fob. It turned out to be an expensive fix. They also found a problem with my transmission, also very expensive. I have an extended warranty and James Gill was able to get them to pay for all of it, nearly $4000! He also worked hard getting the parts needed from another dealership when he found out getting it from the warehouse was going to take three weeks! Thank you James! More

Terry was awesome to work with and one of the driving factors in my purchase. Very responsive and helpful for the entirety of the process from custom order to delivery. Friendly and informative sales person (August) as well as the finance guy and the guy that assisted me with setting up the apps and mobile features. I’m even met the owner who came by to say hello as I was going through the paperwork. Not once did I feel pressured (something that I hate). I fell like I got the perfect vehicle for a fair price and the whole team made an easy transaction. Would definitely buy another vehicle here and highly recommend! More
