The car was pulled up and had plenty of gas for a drive, and the nice gal Katelyn showed me all the features (she said she has the same mode, so she was a bit of an expert). I was in and out in an hour and I felt like they truly valued my time. This is the mark of an exceptional dealership in the modern age, and I for one enjoy an experience rather than the Tesla "this is just a transaction" approach. Cars are very emotional purchases, it not like buying a computer. I appreciate the human interaction aspect of a purchase. More
