Poor communication between desk contact and service technician. I brought in my 2022 Promaster because of intermittent problems with the drivers side rear turn signal. After paying $300 to 'inspect' I technician. I brought in my 2022 Promaster because of intermittent problems with the drivers side rear turn signal. After paying $300 to 'inspect' I was told they would need more time requiring an additional cost of $300-400. Turn signal repair for $600+ is exorbitant. I still have a faulty light. More
Chandler made the process of turning in my vehicle and getting it back very easy. Chandler also kept me informed at all times on where the technician was at with my vehicle.
