Generally a good dealership, but I have only dealt with service department. The 3 star rating is because they are extremely tough to get a hold of on the phone. I called three times to ask about resetting this, left two messages, and, as of this writing, I am on hold with an AI lady repeatedly saying, "Thank you for your patience". The very next day, I got a message from Jeep telling me that my car needed servicing. This is not a good way to conduct a service based business. More

I’d give them 0 stars if that was an option. I was told that a car was being held for me and I had an appointment scheduled for a test drive. When I came back, ready to sign and purchase, I was belittled, laughed at, and told someone is currently buying the car and there’s nothing they could do for me. Q and the Sales Manager Ryan barely even gave me any respect- no eye contact, interrupting me constantly, no apology, and no sense of remorse or empathy. Service wanted to charge me $1300 to remove a truck box and back rack prior to completing warranty service… had to go in in-person to remove the items… poor communication, had to call for updates. If I could give a zero review, I would stay away from this dealership. Traded my working two-door jeep in for a four-door Jeep. This dealership must not go through there used vehicles before selling them this dealership. Traded my working two-door jeep in for a four-door Jeep. We have had Constant issues with the four-door Jeep in the two months that we’ve purchase the four door jeep and already have put in almost $4000 in repairs..
