In the past, I had excellent experience at this location. I bought my car in January of 2021. My car was picked up from my work location, serviced and delivered in the perfect condition. Unfortunately, this service is gone. I have to bring my car in. Recently there is an excuse for my car not to be cleaned as it was promised to be serviced and the mechanics who work in my car leave dirty hands and feet prints. My service is pre-paid, but on every visit- I am being asked to pay the full amount of the service, and I have to remind the customer service about my pre paid plan. I am sad that as my car that I care do well for doesn’t receive a treatment when it was brand new. More
