There was a damage of the panels of the side door. The warranty covered the damage. Service desk personnel are professional and helpful with current and ongoing technical issues. I recently purchased a Silverado with 28,000 Miles . The night I picked up the truck I pulled in and didn't see the truck up front only to find it all detailed with a big red bow on it in the showroom.
