Unfortunately, since your recent visit was the first time we've serviced your vehicle, we can't say for certain what underlying condition was the cause of your transmission pump issue, or when and how it occurred. Just a bit odd and very coincidental that you performed the 90k recommended maintenance on my vehicle that included transmission maintenance to only have it be returned to me with stuttering and jumping issues. Never was an issue before and you insinuating otherwise calls into question what really occurred. I am going to have it diagnosed and have the root cause identified. I know will know more about this issue soon and I’ll be sure to be in touch. You have a great weekend!
