If I could give this dealership a negative rating I would. Absolutely horrible service Rob the service manager was completely inappropriate. Angelo and the sales manager went above and beyond for me to get me into a vehicle that I was looking for for a few months now. Not only did they get me e great deal on the vehicle, I ended up taking it hom to get me into a vehicle that I was looking for for a few months now. We made an appointment for one of our tires to be replaced which took 5 days to have it finally completed. Each day we would wait to hear but didn't receive a phone call till we call to check on the replaced which took 5 days to have it finally completed. Each day we would wait to hear but didn't receive a phone call till we call to check on the status of our vehicle. When we ask about a loaner of a car, we would inform that we were supposed to do that when dropping our vehicle off which we were never told that it was going to take 5 days to have a tire replaced. We've always been pleased with the service at Scranton Cadillac GMC of Vernon, but this last time was awful experience we had. More
