Was originally told would take approx one week to have it looked at. I reached out to Aaron Schmidt for any intervention he could provide on our behalf. Not sure what the comms were between sales and service, but the comms between Scott Honda (sales and service) and myself were great with updates (as always, I must add), and much to our surprise, the car was looked at, and complete within a few hours. I realized they were busy, but I thought an active oil leak (shortly after a recent oil change) warranted some addition and quick attention. At the end of the day, Scott Honda and Aaron Schmidt, came through and did all the right things, restoring my full faith in Scott Honda after a short-lived moment of frustration. Great job!
