"The Act prohibits the use of unfair or deceptive acts or practices, including the use of deception, fraud, misrepresentation, and SUPPRESSION OF MATERIAL facts. While the Act provides this general definition, it also contains a number of specific actions that are considered to be violations of the law." More

Always very friendly service department that gives me options and let's me know what repairs will likely be needed at my next visit. I am not happy about the 3% credit card fee that is now added on to th options and let's me know what repairs will likely be needed at my next visit. I am not happy about the 3% credit card fee that is now added on to the bill. The fees banks charge for this service has always been there so not sure why the dealership decided to now add it on. Why not just add it into the prices being charged? And, if someone chooses to pay cash then give them a 3% discount. It is insulting to nickel and dime the customers like this. I see it happening in restaurants typically and avoid those but did not expect this at a car dealership. Like I said, offer a cash discount but just change your prices to reflect the prices and be done with it. More
