My family only drives Toyota and that is partly because of the service department at Schaumburg Toyota. I get all my regular service work done there and when I’ve had issues they have always set me up for of the service department at Schaumburg Toyota. When my car needed to stay waiting on a part, they gave me a loaner car without hesitation. Ezequiel (Eze) is the best service advisor, but anyone you work with there is pretty great too. It’s hard to find a trustworthy dealership sometimes and nerve wrecking to get service work done (especially as a female), but Schaumburg Toyota has always treated me with respect and integrity!! More

I had a battery issue with my Highlander Hybrid at 8 pm. Sean, my service Rep told me to come in. A new battery was installed and I was on my way by around 9:15 pm.
