I want to be very clear that this review is not about the dealership as a whole, but specifically about Sean Richmond at the Service Department of Toyota of Schaumburg. I arrived extremely frustrated and fu dealership as a whole, but specifically about Sean Richmond at the Service Department of Toyota of Schaumburg. I arrived extremely frustrated and fully prepared to file an official complaint due to multiple service issues and to escalate the situation to a higher level if needed. I was genuinely upset and disappointed. Sean took the time to listen to me carefully, understood the situation, and took full ownership of the issues. He handled everything professionally, calmly, and efficiently — and most importantly, he resolved all the issues completely. Thanks to Sean, my frustration was fully resolved, and I left the dealership 100% satisfied with the service on my vehicle. He is a true professional, a strong manager, and someone who clearly understands what real customer service means. An excellent example for other employees to follow.
