Unfortunately, I was not able to find a file under this name in the review. I am not sure what warranty you purchased. All warranty information is listed within the program booklet. Normal maintenance such as oil changes, brakes, rotors would not be covered under an extended warranty. Hi John, At least you got some time to respond. Even if takes time for plates to come, it should not bar Sales manager from speaking truth and providing temporary plates to cover time period. Next, at least someone should take responsibility to answer voice messages.
