I went to this dealership looking to buy a used vehicle only to walk away frustrated, offended and in complete bewilderment over the horrific experience. The staff were the most dishonest, untrustworthy, only to walk away frustrated, offended and in complete bewilderment over the horrific experience. The staff were the most dishonest, untrustworthy, verbally abusive, unprofessional and spiteful people I have ever dealt with. The environment and attitude was everything but friendly and respectful. I was treated like trash and talked down to by sales associates. The salesmen are unethical and dubious. All they cared about was getting the most profit out of the sale and the irascible sales associates attempted to intimidate me every step of the way. I cannot, with a clear conscious, recommend this dealer to anyone. More
I had the most wonderful experience working with this dealer. Before I came to Windsor Nissan I worked with Somerset Nissan, North Plainfield Nissan, and Acme Nissan and I had the worst experiences. Th dealer. Before I came to Windsor Nissan I worked with Somerset Nissan, North Plainfield Nissan, and Acme Nissan and I had the worst experiences. Their customer service was terrible and they acted as if they could care less whether I bought a car or walked out of the door. Windsor Nissan has the friendliest, most efficient, and honest employees I have come across. I had the priviledge of working with a Salesman Rich Bell and he bent over backwards for me from the moment I got there until the moment I drove away in my new lease. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone that wants a new or used Nissan in New Jersey. There were no pressure tactics or lies to get me to make a snap purchase, Rich Bell took the time to work with my needs and my budget to ensure that I was going to walk away feeling good about my purchase. I have not one bad thing to say about this dealer. From the beginning to the end the experience was fantastic and I think anyone looking for a car should give them a shot! More

after dealing with lousy arrogant delaers. I finally looked oline to find good reviews for windsor nissan. That is when i started going there. It has been almost an year. I bring my car here for service looked oline to find good reviews for windsor nissan. That is when i started going there. It has been almost an year. I bring my car here for service and repairs. Their prices are ideal. I checked out midas, minekee, pepboys etc for my spark plug change as my car approached 100000 miles. windsor nissan gave me the best quote also their quality of work is very good. They never push you to repair something that already in good shape. I definitely suggest every one to take the time to drive up here. Before moving closer to highstown, I used to live in Edison. I drove 20 mils to reach this service center But i think it is worth it. More
Me and my wife were thinking of getting a minivan last year, so we thought why not check some vans out and get an idea. We went to this dealership and told the dealer that we are just looking and want to year, so we thought why not check some vans out and get an idea. We went to this dealership and told the dealer that we are just looking and want to get an idea, our budget at most will be 12K - 15K. This dealership tried to sell me a 2004 Quest for 23K and tried power sales tactics of us. We ended up signing papers and getting our credit checked and the salesman kept telling us that this is a common procedure. We told him that there is no way we are buying a van for 23K, he told us why not trade in my 2001 Altima with 40K miles and he will give me the van for 18K. The KBB value of my car last year was $8500. The salesman was putting a picuture in front of us as if the whole deal is going to cost us only 18K! When he could not get his way, he brought in 2 of his managers who tried the pressure tactics on us. Our half hour adventrue turned into 3 torchurous hours. Thank god we came out of this dealer ship without getting robbed. Stay away from this dealership, they are bunch of thievs. Buy the way, their service departs sucks! They put in new rotors in my 95 Alitima and it took them 3 days to get the job done. When I got my car, my car started making noise. When I went back to them, they tried to be sucpicous of me. It is really amazing whoever is running this shop. More
Sold us a car with a broken engine temperature gauge, broken rear brake light, and broken CD player. "Fixed" the temperature gauge, but instead of indicating the engine is always hot, now indicates that broken rear brake light, and broken CD player. "Fixed" the temperature gauge, but instead of indicating the engine is always hot, now indicates that it is always cold. My guess is they just disconnected it, even though they had the car in service for almost a week and I was told they had ordered the new temperature gauge. Hal Panzer had the nerve to say for all he knows, the brake light may have stopped working as we were driving the car home. They are liars and thiefs. Stay away!!! You'll find cars advertised at low prices on their web site--print it out and bring it in, the sales person will act all surprised, say it must be a mistake, then will "reluctantly" sell you the car at that price. Mr. Hanson lied to us repeatedly, trying to seel us things we clearly did not need. He also tried to trick us into signing a waiver of the dealer's obligation to repair the car should it fail to meet i things we clearly did not need. He also tried to trick us into signing a waiver of the dealer's obligation to repair the car should it fail to meet inspection, telling us it was about something else. Either he was lying or, after eight years, he still doesn't know what is in his company's contracts. He also interrupted our meeting frequently to shoot the breeze with friends on the phone. Our salesguy Leo was good, but this guy almost killed the deal. Avoid. More
