Bobby never tried to pressure me into buying anything. Instead, he was very interested in assessing my wants and needs. We went back and forth for a while (with the assistance of my best friend aka my "Muscle" who is a lot more experienced at buying cars than I am), and I eventually decided that I was too indecisive to purchase a vehicle at the time. Due to his attentive and professional nature, I knew that I would buy my car from him when I was ready. Fast forward to Feb 2015...I went back in to see Bobby and he remembered me, and my Muscle! It didn't take long for me to test drive the vehicle, discuss numbers, and sign paperwork. It was a pleasure to work with a sales consultant who spoke to me like a friend. Other consultants at other dealerships made it clear that they were there to sell a car for commission, and did not want me to waste their time if I wasn't going to buy that day. The finance manager, Terry was very pleasant as well. He explained every aspect of my financial obligations, and throughly went through the details of each form I was signing. He was very helpful, informative, and answered all of my questions. Very professional, and great personality! My only issue throughout the process was the excessive amount of times that my credit report was run (approx. 6 times). More
