Ray was extremely helpful and informative. Took his time explaining the cars and listened to what we were looking for and wanted to determine the best car for us. We met this past week with a young, unexperienced sales person. he had poor manners, people skills and knowledge. We don't have the time to waste with someone that does not know what they are talking about person. he had poor manners, people skills and knowledge. We don't have the time to waste with someone that does not know what they are talking about. He pushed to leave a deposit and said we'll get to a deal. We repeatedly said we would never leave a deposit; firstly-without a price agreement and secondly without them even having the car color / combination we wanted. He quoted us two price options on a car we inquired about and wrote it a piece of paper in front of us and told us to circle the deal we wanted while leaning back lounging in his chair tapping his pen. The two options were $200 a month higher than any other dealership. They have some nerve. I understand car sales-people will try to get the most of you as far as payments as it's their livelihood but to think we haven't done any homework on a car before we shopped and quote us the most ridiculous price is just plain obnoxious. We told him it was much higher than other dealerships and he tried to dance around the subject with his poor communication skills & knowledge and became defensive. He proceeded to say he wanted a minute for his manager to come over. When he returned-the manager never got up off his chair to even attempt to introduce himself or make us feel our business was worth having. Two days later & still no follow up. Mr. Sansone should know he has business walking out the door! I would be more than happy to discuss the HORRIBLE experiences we've had there. e justv returned to hopefully have a better experience since it's a large dealership and is close to our home. Do yourself a favor-don't waste your time going there! In a prior visit to sansone: the sales person in the Jeep area told us to go online & find what incentives are available when we asked him what the incentives were. Why did we make a trip there! He tried to look info up on his phone but thought it would be better for us to come back with the specials we found online. Seriously? Two VERY BAD visits and would never go back! A few years ago we did purchase a truck from Sansone, After all the sales pitches, long price negotiations, we did buy but once they prepared the paperwork-the price changed & was $20 more per month than we agreed. They said that their quotes did not factor in some fees. After becoming irate, the upper management met us half way. Does anyone really need to go through this? More

When buying a car make sure you do your homework and espically TRADING IN YOUR CAR. THIS WAS MY THIRD PURCHASE THATS RIGHT THREE CARS IN SEVEN MONTHS. MY ONE CAR 2009 ELANTRA THEY GAVE ME 6,500 for the espically TRADING IN YOUR CAR. THIS WAS MY THIRD PURCHASE THATS RIGHT THREE CARS IN SEVEN MONTHS. MY ONE CAR 2009 ELANTRA THEY GAVE ME 6,500 for the trade in when i go on line to see the used cars there is the car for sale for 14,990 can you belive it 8,ooo in change they are gonna make give or so a couple thousand dollars less if they have to come down on the price.the moral of the story is they should of taken real good care of me and given me a better trade in value,so i could of bought the car that i really wanted which was 2,000 more so i had to settle for a cheaper car.when i called to speak to the salesman 2 days later he was not in so i left a message for him.THE NEXT DAY which is wednesday he calls me and i tell him i am not happy with the trade in value and thought i was taken advantage of the situation,he stated there was nothin he can do that i had to speak to the finance gentleman michael marceca he would call me back.doesnt return my call till thursday next day.Explain what happens said if the finance didnt go through we can do something { which was putting me into the car that i orignally wanted said he call me back and never heard from him till this day.called left messages for manager which did answer had to speak to someone else and so on. so i call sanzone again and ask to speak to mr sanzone and they give me the vice president explain what happened and that this has been going on since last week and he says to me if the financing went throught there was nothin he could do and guess what it went through.but if i was buying a car you bet the phone would of been ringing off the hook for me to buy a car. Oh kelly blue book says 8,000 trade in value. More

Friendly service and great wisdom in the way of salesmanship. I was initially hesitant to get a new car because I thought it wasn't for me, I was told that with all the perks and service that came salesmanship. I was initially hesitant to get a new car because I thought it wasn't for me, I was told that with all the perks and service that came along with it, I wouldn't regret it. Ultimately, I fell in love with the new car and was incredibly happy with the vehicle I drove away in.
