I "built" my car on the American Express car buying website and Sansone had the best price by far, and I was told by the internet liason that it was in stock. The only negative I had was when I first walked in: the manager told me my "built" car was indeed in "inventory" but not at the dealership, but en route and would take some days to come in - days I didn't have, as I was from out of town visiting family and my current car was dying. I needed a car to get home at the end of the week. Though disappointed, Bobby Minieri, my sales guy and Mark Arcuti, the manager worked tirelessly for a few hours to get me a fabulous deal on a different car, and found pricing, incentives and a preferred package, and even a spare tire "donut" that I would not have gotten otherwise with the internet "deal." Bobby is a terrific person, and a delight to work with, though I think we exhausted him (I brought my own family entourage with me :) ) Mike Marceca, my F&I guy was equally delightful and a genuine pleasure to work with. These guys were super, and turned what could have been a disappointing and tiring day into a great one. I highly, highly, highly recommend these folks. More

I highly recommend coming to this dealership to make your new purchase and have already shared my experiences with many friends and family. More specifically, I can't say enough wonderful things about my car salesman, BOB MINIERI. Bob, you are the "bomb diggity!" From the very first, he made me feel very comfortable, and truly seemed interested in helping me find just the right car that was a good fit for me. He was not once pushy or aggressive, and I sincerely appreciated being treated with common courtesy and respect. Not only that, but he took care of everything for me - all the behind the scenes paperwork with getting the registration and vehicle plates. I am VERY happy with my purchase and LOVE my new 2013 Tucson!!! Additionally, with all my hard work and research I am equally happy and appreciative for having been able to negotiate such a great deal! SALES MANAGER COULD NOT THE MATCH PRICE ON A CERTIFIED 2011 HYUNDAI SONATA HYBRID WITH PREMINUM PACKAGE OFFERED AT HUDSON HYUNDAI FOR $19,488.00. SANSONE'S PRICE WAS OVER $4000.00 FORE THAN HUDSON HYUNDAI FOR AN IDENTICAL SONATA HYBRID EVEN THOUGH SONSONE'S HYBRID HAD OVER 2000 MORE DRIVEN MILES. SANSONE SALES MANAGER STATED THAT HE COULD NOT UNDERSTAND HOW HUDSON COULD OFFER THE CAR FOR THE ADVERTISE PRICE AND MADE NO EFFORT TO NEGOTIATE. SANONE'S SONATA HYBRID REMAINS PRICED AT $23,495.00. CARGURUS.COM HAS IT LISTED AS OVERPRICED AND EXCEEDING ITS MARKET VALUE BY $3,476.00. SANSONE CLAIM THEY WILL NOT BE BEAT BUT THEY COULD OR WOULD NOT COMPETE WITH THE COMPETITION IN THIS CASE. I gave this dealership and the sales person I worked with those high ratings because I felt that they went above and beyond to find the Santa Fe that I was looking for. I went to Sansone about a week ago and I was very specific about the SUV I wanted,especially the color(red),I told Ray that there was no hurry to find one,well I picked up my beautiful 2013 red Santa Fe today and when I was looking at the paper work I noticed that he went all the way to Danbury CT.to find me the Santa Fe I was looking for. I had done my homework before time in regard to what I should pay for this vehicle and by doing that I feel that Sansone gave me a very good deal and they even through in a few little extras. This was my second vehicle that I purchased from Sansone and I always find everyone at this dealership to be very friendly and very helpful. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More
I went in to buy a car. I didn't know which car I wanted, only certain details of what I wanted to be available in the car. After almost a whole day of driving and looking at every car available he then took me around the lot to look at every option I had for the car I chose. He didn't push me to pick a specific car, he didn't rush me into the sale, he wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with the car I was driving off the lot. He was honest, and that helped me make a decision on which car was best for me. Bob definitely made the experience easy and stress free. More

I wanted to remove some of the items that were added to my contract. When I was signing the documents I was told I had 30 days to cancel any of the items if I wanted to. When I arrived at the dealership to cancel all these extra items I was told I could not do that. I was told that since the car had its pre delivery inspection performed that I could not remove these items. Does this mean the dealership allows cars off their lot without making sure they are road worthy?? After I had pointed out that the paperwork states that I had 30 days to cancel, I was told "They don't have time for this." I told them this was fine and I was going to call the company right there. At this point I had a new contract written up, but with a little added feature "NO COOLING OFF PERIOD." To anyone buying a car, avoid this dealership, do not sign anything. If you do decide to buy a car from them make sure you read all the fine print and then read in between the print. More
