We just bought (well, leased) a 2014 Hyundai Sonata on Dec 30th. The salesman was Peter Herbst. I told him what I wanted and didn't want. No problem. He never tried to talk me "into" or "out of" anyth Dec 30th. The salesman was Peter Herbst. I told him what I wanted and didn't want. No problem. He never tried to talk me "into" or "out of" anything. I demanded to drive two cars. Again, no problem. We did not make an on-the-spot decision. We decided to go home first to "think about it". Even here, again, no problem. And then there's the After-The-Sale issue ... where most salesmen drop the ball. We had to call Peter several times due to issues with our credit report ... and also to ask him to speed up getting the car plates faster than the 3-4 weeks they said it would take. Peter returned EVERY call promptly. He even got us our new plates in UNDER two weeks. Lastly, the sales manager and finance manager were also a pleasure to deal with.
