Ronnie Thompson is the best sales person I have ever dealt with and provided the most comprehensive, detailed discussion of the vehicle's features and benefits. Ronnie was a pleasure to work with: patient, always smiling and solicitous, and addressing all my questions, needs, and concerns. His interaction with me was outstanding. Mason Rabboh, General Manager, and Mike Marceca in finance also were a pleasure to work with. Follow-up after the purchase showed that they truly are concerned with ongoing customer satisfaction. Liars, Scammers, Just Plain BAD These guys embody the typical NJ car salesman stereotype. I purchased a 2011 Hyundai Veracruz in 2012, with full warranty coverage, as far as I was told. Ronnie Thompson and Terry Chung BOTH confirmed this, and had no problems telling me the GPS unit was included. Little did I know, that two years later the wiring would fail on the backup camera, because it was actually an after-market GPS unit. Hyundai refuses to work on it under warranty, and Sansone Hyundai has not helped in any way to get this problem fixed. When I called in, I spoke to a Gary, who after I explained the problem, told me "So what? You bought the car three years ago." and HUNG UP. Strike 1. Then I spoke to someone who I can't remember their name, and he accused me of cursing at Gary, and that I was recorded. When I asked him to please do me the favor of playing back the call, all of a sudden he couldn't access the recording because it was "in the other room". He referred me to the head of finance, Michael. Surprisingly, Michael called me back, and seemed shocked at what had happened. He promised me that he would figure this out, even though I was out of state, and would find a way to get the wiring fixed. He has not returned my phone calls since, and is a LIAR, just like the rest of them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They will say anything to get rid of a problem. If they do contact me to resolve the problem, I will write a follow up review, but as of right now, I stand by this review 100%. More

Love the car and everyone that we delt with was fantastic! . Our salesman Bob Mineri called us 1 day after purchasing the car to make sure that we were happy which we thought was so so nice. We had to go back in to sign some financial papers and that too was so a pleasant experience. Thank you Sansone for providing us with such a pleasant car buying experience! . I went to see him to get a new Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and I am very happy with my purchase. I shopped around to many other car dealerships, saw many salesman and Bobby was truely the best. All the stereotypical fears were dismissed immediately. The first impression of this team was that they were not "just at work", but that they really enjoyed what they were doing .. They were friendly, extremely knowledgable, helpful, insightful, and the big win ... No Pressure. The Manager Gary McNichol got me set up with his sales associate Jim Keirnan who engaged me in conversation that really helped him understand the needs of the vehicle I was looking for and what the right fit would be. The car I had in mind was on site, and I wound up driving it home that night. I test drove another vehile of a different make, and came back to the folks at Sansone Hyundai right afterwards...As far as value they actually improved on what I knew was an already great deal. Jim answered all my questions gave me some alternatives to think about, and was on target every step of the way. Gary runs a highly effective team that will not dissapoint anyone who is considering a purchase. This was my first new car purchasing experience, and I doubt I will go anywhere but here in the future. As I said this was nothing short of a Home Run in my book .. thank you Gary and Jim !!! More

I can honestly say that Sansone Hyundai was the worst of all. The salesman Steve was pushy, no sooner did my wife and I get out of the car he was right there with a grin on his face and pretended to be friendly. He took us for a test drive of the car we wanted to lease, Told him several times that we are looking at the moment, he didn't listen at all, Steve kept pushing the car on us and told him I did not want a vehicle with the options it had, the response was "why not" told him I don't want these options and told him what we wanted which salesman don't like. Then I started asking questions about leasing options and informed him that I am not putting any money down. He quickly shot us a number of $429 for the santa fe sport even before talking to the finance people. A word of advice print up a copy of your credit report before heading in to the dealer because they will try to tell your credit is lower and ask to see the report yourself, ( which they have to do since you gave them you SS# ) look at it carefully and then tell them funny I got a copy of my credit score this morning and here is what I got. They don't like when you start asking questions and then try to flip things around. I can tell you that Open Road Honda tried my patients. I received a email from them about the Pilot LX model for $285 a month. We went in and before we knew it they went from $285 to $350 then to $415 a month, Our current lease was almost over and we were still 15,000 miles under our limit, The saleslady was pushy and when I asked what time are open to she said 9pm and told here we be back, then she when to get her manager, We walked out and she ran out after and said my manger wants to talk to you. My wife and daughter stayed in the car, the first thing he said was have a seat, I told him I think better standing up. He asked me what the problem was and told him. He response was what can I do to make the deal happen, Told him make the remaining payments on my lease, and said I know that if I go over my miles you charge .20 a mile and since I have to pay the taxes, you can give me .25 a miles since I am under my miles and use this to pay the taxes and give me the vehicle for $285 a month. He responded quickly I'll make one payment and give you .10 a mile. Told him no deal and walked away. If they don't like the fact that you are knowledable yourself, well then that's there problem, let them find the next sucker out there, and know that you did the right thing. More
