I have bought all my cars and had maintenance done there. I have been very happy with this until you added a 3% fee to credit cards. Sorry this is disgusting how greedy can you get. Turns out my name was not typed incorrect and it took someone else to come out to correct this and a lot of my time. I suggest you get Zelle if you can't figure out how to take a check. My car had the engine light blinking, took it to the dealer mid April, the service advisor, Paulo never bothered to call me to give me bad news. Finally after several calls, was able to talk to him at t dealer mid April, the service advisor, Paulo never bothered to call me to give me bad news. Finally after several calls, was able to talk to him at the end of the day. He casially told me that my car needed a new engine, it would take 3 months to fix it. I immediately called Hyundai to ask and relate the info given.. they started s case through case manager to help me throughout tge whole process. My car is 2017. To make the story shortb with the help of the case manager and the general manager Eric, I got my car in 1 month instead of 3. More
