I live in Bakersfield. I decided to buy a car so I called up and spoke with a salesman. I told him everything I wanted right down to the color. I asked for the best price. Hours later a sales manager calls and asks me what I want. He was told that I already gave that information to the sales person and why are you calling me un announced that the salesperson is being switched up on me. He tells me that he is sorry that I do not care for how they do their business and that if I do not want to speak with him then I can go pay retail. I told him I am sorry if I have made him upset that I dont care for a change up without prior notice when getting ready to drop $40K. I'll just go someplace else. More

The sales person Farnz Ahmed was very personable and open and up front about all issues involved. The financial department explained the options for additional coverage for our 2024 Forester. The only issue we had was the wire transfer of our down payment funds, this took one week for delivery. This was an issue with the banking system and in no way the fault of the dealership. Farnz Ahmed has been extremely diligent in keep us informed on the process. Overall a very pleasant experience. More
