Faraz our Salesman and Max the Sales Manager were both just Outstanding !!! They were Professional, Knowledgeable and most importantly Very Very Nice to deal with. The service dept is hot or miss with more misses than hits. Second oil change the service tech replaced the oils fill cap with a leaf (from a tree) between the cap seal and the intake. Needless to say m hits. Second oil change the service tech replaced the oils fill cap with a leaf (from a tree) between the cap seal and the intake. Needless to say my new cars engine compartment was covered in oil. They did clean the engine compartment when I returned the vehicle. The service tech either lied about rotating my tires or he didn’t care enough to inform me my driver front tire had no tread on the inside because the alignment was off. Regardless, not good service. When you get your oil changed they do not update the cars oil change interval information in the cars computer. You’ll have to that yourself following your service. Overall the service writers are nice I just don’t have any trust or faith in their service techs/mechanics. More

From Sales to Financing, the entire experience was wonderful! I have bought my last 3 vehicles from Salesman Brandon Row, he is the best. Incredibly disappointing bringing my forester there with an air conditioner issue that was explained objectively at length to the service department. Several hours later we are contacted and nothing was don an air conditioner issue that was explained objectively at length to the service department. Several hours later we are contacted and nothing was done to fix the problem but the service department went looking to find other things that they could fix instead and offered to fix them for over 3000.00. Then, they send me a bill for 175.00 to let me know that they have been performed unauthorized inspections on my car. All I wanted was a short in my air conditioning which was working intermittently. Like I said, incredibly disappointing….. shame on you Sangera Subaru. More
