Our salesman, Bobbi Malec, was both enormousl My recent purchased of a 2018 Crosstrek from Sangera leads me to UNCONDITIONALLY RECOMMEND this vendor. Our salesman, Bobbi Malec, was both enormously courteous and totally informed. The inquiry-test drive-contract negotiations-finalizing the deal process was carried out with perfect professionalism and efficiency. I got a better deal than I expected! From the start, a detailed offer IN WRITING was given my wife and I, which allowed us to compare Sangera's deal with other dealerships. The entire process took four (4) months (on our part), and this delay ultimately led us to buy a 2018 model which we absolutely love. No "hard sell"; no "let's see the sales manager", no "this deal is only available for today" tactics were ever used. Financing on better terms than I could have obtained for myself, was secured swiftly the night we chose to "pull the trigger". Paperwork was completed immediately. I have compared both "deals" and dealerships throughout all of Southern California for Subarus and I am convinced that the place to buy is Sangera. More

Great Dealer with a personal approach! I shopped online for a new CPO Subaru Limited. I was searching for a model with specific equipment and color combo. I found the proverbial "needle in I shopped online for a new CPO Subaru Limited. I was searching for a model with specific equipment and color combo. I found the proverbial "needle in the haystack" at Sangera. There were others around that were similar but not exact. I contacted Brandon Row thru the Internet Dept. I asked a lot of questions about the car and the deal. We got to a mutual price and I valued my trade in thru their online appraisal tool. I felt comfortable with the range provided. I decided to make the 2 hour drive and contacted Brandon, he put the car in the back for me and I was on my way. I arrived at the Dealer, looked at t he car, they looked at my trade in and we compared notes. No pressure, no haggling, just common sense business approach. Hammered out the deal went to Finance, nice guy also. I was in/out the door in 3 hours. I thought that was pretty good for a car deal. If you are seriously in the market for a Subaru, I think it worth the drive here. Ask for Brandon, I think I'll personally guarantee you'll be happy. Thanks again guys! More
Disappointing buying and service Strap in, this one is a little bit of a story. Bought a 2015 Outback in Jan of 2015. Overall, I would have to say their sales staff is great and we Strap in, this one is a little bit of a story. Bought a 2015 Outback in Jan of 2015. Overall, I would have to say their sales staff is great and went the extra mile to help me choose. But when it came time to find the vehicle in question, the issues began. Now, I am not new to buying vehicles, and I understand Supply and Demand. The Outback (new for 2015) were selling faster than Subaru could make them (and still are). Average days sitting on a lot for an Outback is in the single digits. So, they "Found" the vehicle and said we will dealer trade to get it here. We pre-signed paperwork because they said "We will get it," ran my credit, and all was perfectly in line. "Just 3-4 days." Well, long story short, they could not get the vehicle, and they would have to order it. We got our vehicle 2 months later (expected with an order), but I had to run through paperwork again and my credit had to be hit AGAIN, which later caused issues with my credit report. I would have had no issue with putting down a deposit and signing later. An in-demand product is just that, in-demand. Had they of been more honest and forward thinking, I may forgiven them. They did make things a little better by bringing down the Out The Door price for me. "Okay, just a bad taste. Maybe their service will make up for it." Yeah, about that. Got my Subaru maintenance paperwork where I was given free oil changes for the first 24k. I know the interval is 6k but my paperwork directly from Subaru said 3750 intervals. I called when we got close 3750 and said this doesnt make sense. "Okay, bring it in and we will get it all taken care of." I said, "Yes, but it will be serviced right?" "Of course, as long as that is what your paperwork says." Which it did, VIN and everything. Well that day came and my wife took it in, and they basically told her to go away, our paperwork was wrong. Came to find out that the service adviser did the leg work to confirm we had wrong paperwork, and Subaru was sending us corrected paperwork. But she NEVER called me. No e-mail. Not voicemail. Nothing. Instead we left feeling like we were a burden after being told, "I won't service you today." Yes, I had an appointment. A single phone call would have been a total save-face for them. Never went back. Going to Lancaster Subaru which has been much better. Long story short, just double check your paperwork and promises by the sales team. I think they made promises they know they should not have made, and in some respect that is my fault. However, out of all the previous 8 car buying experiences I have had, it was the worst because of them playing games with me and not being honest. I understand that dealers are businesses and there to make money. Profit is not a dirty word to me. All that I ask is that I am honest with you and you are honest with me. Just be wary when dealing with sales and their promises. More

Due to my work schedule, I initially contacted Sangera through their online site and I was contacted within a few hours by Max Pierce who had everything geared up for me when I was able to come in. Due to an illness, Max was not able to see the deal to the end, but he immediately got me in contact with Brandon Row. When I pulled in, my new car was sitting there ready to go. All we essentially had to do was sign papers. Our main concern this Friday was whether we'd get to a Condors came by puck drop, and thanks to Brandon and Max's work, we were able to. The customer service was great, love my new car. Thanks, Sangera, Brandon and Max! More

Working with me online, as well as in person on the lot I never felt pressured, got my questions answered and understanding clarified. He was great communicating through email and texting answer my questions in a very timely manner and always planned to be available when I dropped by so I never had to wait for any information. I have seldom enjoyed buying new cars and now that I am into retirement I find patience is not my strongest attribute, but I can honestly say Sangera and Brandon showed me nothing but patience, support and their undivided attention when I worked with them either on-line or on the lot over a three month period. All said I love my car, and can honestly say I felt really good about my car buying experience this time. Thanks Sangera and Brandon! More
