Brandon Row helped address all of my questions in detail, with pictures and video, and was able to provide a thorough history on the car which made me feel better. He also helped work out a financing plan th with pictures and video, and was able to provide a thorough history on the car which made me feel better. He also helped work out a financing plan that very closely matched my prequalification. I really appreciated his timely and fair and neutral responses - I never felt like I was trying to be convinced of anything which made me feel like I was truly making a good decision on my own but backed by the information I needed. He also had everything ready in advance of our visit (since I had already picked out the car) and provided a thorough explanation of all the cars features- and we were still out of the dealership in an hour! I live in Bakersfield. I decided to buy a car so I called up and spoke with a salesman. I told him everything I wanted right down to the color. I asked for the best price. I decided to buy a car so I called up and spoke with a salesman. I told him everything I wanted right down to the color. I asked for the best price. Hours later a sales manager calls and asks me what I want. He was told that I already gave that information to the sales person and why are you calling me un announced that the salesperson is being switched up on me. He tells me that he is sorry that I do not care for how they do their business and that if I do not want to speak with him then I can go pay retail. I told him I am sorry if I have made him upset that I dont care for a change up without prior notice when getting ready to drop $40K. I'll just go someplace else. More
