Brandon Row helped address all of my questions in detail, with pictures and video, and was able to provide a thorough history on the car which made me feel better. He also helped work out a financing plan th with pictures and video, and was able to provide a thorough history on the car which made me feel better. I really appreciated his timely and fair and neutral responses - I never felt like I was trying to be convinced of anything which made me feel like I was truly making a good decision on my own but backed by the information I needed. He also had everything ready in advance of our visit (since I had already picked out the car) and provided a thorough explanation of all the cars features- and we were still out of the dealership in an hour!
