The service department discovered an issue not on original work package and made it correct! The work added significant cost but did not charge me since the issue occurred while in the service depart original work package and made it correct! For Sandia BMW Motorcycles. Had service done today on way home rear passenger seat blew off the motorcycle on the highway.
