Professional and excellent customer care from the moment you walk in the door. I really appreciated the multipoint inspection video with attention to detail from the technician. My service advisor, Daniel F you walk in the door. I really appreciated the multipoint inspection video with attention to detail from the technician. My service advisor, Daniel Flores, was outstanding. He kept me updated and scheduled transportation to/from dealership making the experience seamless. I really appreciated after returning my keys at pick-up, that he took the time to walk with me to my vehicle to ensure no new issues, the warning/service light turned off and I was good to go.
