I had a great experience with Leon and Rick when I purchased our Pacifica AWD. I had seen the vehicle online and texted in to confirm it was available. Rick got right back to me with the information a purchased our Pacifica AWD. I had seen the vehicle online and texted in to confirm it was available. Rick got right back to me with the information and we agreed to meet to see it. When I got there, Rick was with another client so Leon helped me. They honored the advertised price but they did put a hard sell on the "starguard" that I didn't want. The rest was easy and I was off in my new car within an hour. Great experience overall. I should note that I had been into the dealership a few weeks before and had a completely different experience. That time, there was one sales associate on the floor who told us from his desk that they didn't have the car we saw online and that all cars had $5k markup when the advertised price did not. We just left that time. Maybe start by texting in or, better yet, ask for Rick or Leon. More
