Salvador was Great to work with. I called and he was the sales person I inquired about a RAM vehicle. I asked if he could do a video walk around of the RAM right away he agreed and s I called and he was the sales person I inquired about a RAM vehicle. I asked if he could do a video walk around of the RAM right away he agreed and sent that video and pictures. We resided in Reno, NV (250 miles away). After we desisted to purchase and to fly to Oakland. Salvador was so gracious and picked us up at the airport (an hour prior to his work hours). He had vehicle cleaned and ready to test drive and purchase. He made sure we were happy and even sent vehicle back to detail to address a couple of our concerns. The paperwork was completed with ease with the expectation with one hiccup that was 100% our doing and he was so patient with us through this delay. I bought a 2019 Jeep Wrangler used 20k miles. One previous owner. By the 4th month of owning it Jeep runs hot and leaking fluids. Took it to service they said they repaired the leak. Few days lat One previous owner. By the 4th month of owning it Jeep runs hot and leaking fluids. Took it to service they said they repaired the leak. Few days later same issue. Whole engine had to be replaced. Set me back a month. Rental car fees and stress. Long story short I should have done my research before purchase. More
