I was interested in a car presented by the dealer. I called in a day before I came to see the car because it's a bit of a drive to get there. I specifically asked if there was anything not showing in I called in a day before I came to see the car because it's a bit of a drive to get there. I specifically asked if there was anything not showing in the add that I should know about. their answer was that everything is on the add. After we test drove the car and was ready to buy it, we were informed by the sales person that there were added components we had to pay for an extra $2000!!! but they could be removed, if we didn't want it. we asked to remove it and then his manager came and told us they are not going to remove it and the price is firm. we were very upset and left the dealership. later someone called us offering us a $200 discount if we get the car... I bought a few cars in the last 10 years but have never been treated like that, they give your industry a bad name !!! More
