Had a recall on my truck for 2 years and each time I come in for my last 10,000 mile oil change and service, they say they 'don't have the parts ' Not sure what I have to do to get 'the parts ' to get it don in for my last 10,000 mile oil change and service, they say they 'don't have the parts ' Not sure what I have to do to get 'the parts ' to get it done- 2 years seems kind of ridiculous.
