Rick Martinez was Exceptional! ! Rick Martinez is a Great Listener!! Upon being greeted by Rick Martinez, and speaking a few words, Rick asked what was I looking for. I replied ! Rick Martinez is a Great Listener!! Upon being greeted by Rick Martinez, and speaking a few words, Rick asked what was I looking for. I replied a truck, and gave some details. After being showed a selection of trucks by Rick, I chose a truck to test drive. Rick Martinez, was very sincere in asking if I was comfortable in driving the truck and all in all what I thought of it!! My reply was- it was a little too big, a little uncomfortable in handling it. After walking around viewing other vehicles, I decided to go in another direction, I informed Rick of changing from trucks to possible SUV's Rick Martinez showed Much Kndness and Patience in answering all of my questions and even my repeated questions!! After test driving an SUV, Rick asked of my thoughts, my response was - Okay I am getting a little closer in comfort. Rick Martinez asked what was missing, what changes - additions would make it better. I informed for possibly one notch up, of a few extras!! My response of thoughts was well heard!! As I noted, Rick Martinez is a Great listener!! Rick, then said, he knew exactly what to show me. Indeed, I had a real spark of interest as Rick was showing me a Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude X 4×4 Also, Rick Martinez kept Very well in mind, of our financial discussion earlier. I will never buy a dodge from this company ever again or my family or friends.,we had a verbal agreement on having a tunnel cover on my truck when we made the deal and every time I called they say that I ne my family or friends.,we had a verbal agreement on having a tunnel cover on my truck when we made the deal and every time I called they say that I need a written paperwork and also I’m supposed to have $6000 of on promotion and when I got home and look at the contract their was only $5000 off,how can these people sleep at night when they are screwing up hard working people.this company is terrible it was my first ever dodge vehicle purchase and it’s definitely my last.im doing what ever I can to get out of this 2025 dodge ram truck and if some how I still have this truck I will never go to San Leandro dodge Chrysler for service,how can you sleep at night bye Messing up the good hard working people More
