The service agent Ander is friendly and knowledgeable. The service department is very detailed. Usually when I arrive to service my SRT my wait time is about an hour and I can continue my day. Everybody I spoke with (~4 people) seemed really upset and extremely confused that they had to pay for my rental car even though I was there to correct a recall on my vehicle. I had to wait in my car for and extremely confused that they had to pay for my rental car even though I was there to correct a recall on my vehicle. I had to wait in my car for 45 minutes before anybody would even speak to me. And nobody called me when it was ready. when I went to pick it up and made me wait another 20 minutes just to bring my car around. They did give me the proof of correction that I needed l. And they did end up paying for my rental car. But I didn’t appreciate how the one service advisor was getting really upset at me and being rude. Also, didn’t apologize for being rude after he realized that he was wrong. A simple acknowledgment that he was wrong and didn’t intend to be so rude Would’ve gone a long way. customer service is everything And they did not have a good customer service. More
