Excellent I spent a few days emailing back and forth so that when I arrived they knew exactly what I wanted and we had already agreed on a sales price. Okay, good service Took my car in for the undercoating and Had my first oil change. I didn't realize that it took synthetic oil so I had the oil change done too soon at Took my car in for the undercoating and Had my first oil change. I didn't realize that it took synthetic oil so I had the oil change done too soon at 4600 instead of 6000. I wish they had given me friendly reminder and called me and said something to the effect of do you realize you don't need an oil change till 6000 not the normal 3000 or what ever it is. As I would have waited and I didn't know it took that expensive synthetic oil. SO it was my first oil change on the car. As for the complimentary car wash... I didn't get one. It was great they gave me a loner car!! Greatly appreciated that. But, When I got it home I did have to clean some of the inside as it had something spilled over the steering wheel and gear shift in the middle and door handle. Very sticky stuff. Cory the guy that helped me was very nice and helpful. When I picked up the car my original sales man noticed me and came over and said hi which was a nice jester. Unfortunately they didn't have the recall sticker so now I have to go back which is about an hour drive. More
